THUNDER!!!!!! Let the good times roll!
WOW!! There is no doubt about it! The NorthEast has the BEST thunder storms going!!! I LOVE IT!! Our day here started off beautiful & sunny - muggy too and now here we are huddled up inside listening to God's rock and roll concert!! These storms come in so fast that they are right above us and then they do their thing and then move on. We are in the middle of this one though. :)
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Chelsie's party is on Sunday afternoon - hopefully minus the thunder and showers! :)

Happy Birthday Chelsie!!
The BIG '9'! Wow! Never in my dreams did I think we would get here this fast!! But here we are. We're just hangin' out today and having BBQ for dinner with chocolate cake! YUM! 9 candles too!
Kevin arrived mid-afternoon Saturday from his travels to St. Louis. He wrote his 6 Sigma test again on Sunday (yesterday) and PASSED!!
So lots of celebrating going on around here!
Oh yeah, another thing to celebrate...Alex has been eating more food and a variety of things as well. We're on a roll baby!!!

Welcome SUMMER!!!!
Boy, it's been awhile since I last wrote! School is finished and summer vacation has begun! Where does the time go? Yesterday was Chelsie and Alex's last day of Grade 3 and 2 (respectively). Hard to believe! And Chelsie will be 9 on Monday!!! Now THAT'S just crazy!!
Kevin has been in St. Louis, Missouri all week with his second week of 6 Sigma Training. As I type, he is stuck in Chicago waiting for a flight home. After being delayed LAST NIGHT and not making his connecting flight to Portland, he stayed in Chicago and now his flight home today is delayed! He just wants to come home and we want him home too! All the flooding in the Midwest has caused flight problems everywhere but at least, he is safe and not where the flooding is. We are grateful for that.
We have been having beautiful sunshine here - much needed after our long winter and very short spring. We will take it all!! :) The kids are signed up for daycamp this summer from 9am-2pm for four weeks. That should keep us all from getting 'bored' (as I'm told by a certain someone in our house) :)
As for myself, I've been busy with re-organizing all the paperwork around here. First was US taxes and now we are finishing up Canadian taxes. LOTS OF FUN!!
Hope you all have been doing well. Write to you later.
