My pictures are numerous of all these gorgeous trees. The weather is amazing - apparently unusually warm for this time of the year. Take heart, it's supposed to change by the end of this week. After school today, Chelsie, Alex and I went down to the beach to enjoy the weather and the scenery. Alex was right in the 'drink' and having a blast. We've got a pretty good collection going of seashells too.
We celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving with a small roast chicken instead of a turkey - I'm saving that for Christmas.
We went picking apples this past Saturday. It didn't take long to get what we wanted but we had fun doing it. Both the kids were into getting their bags filled. Now I am looking through all my recipes for apples! Yum!!
The end of this week is school reports/teacher conferences. Should be interesting. Also means no school so hopefully the weather will hold out for a little while longer.
Well, the kids are getting ready for bed so....

Sooo...you are keeping the "Canadian" holidays? That's good to see. :)
Looks like you got a great load of apples...you will enjoy those in various forms for days/weeks to come, I'm sure! Too bad we're too far away to enjoy some of them with you!
What beautiful pictures! The trees are really beautiful! What a blessing to have eyes to see God's wonderful creation.
We had a gorgeous day! I was in SHORTS for the paper route. Did I tell you we gave up the main part of our route? We were doing 340 papers twice a week, but it got to be too much! I did a final budget for the Florida trip, and found that we had saved enough, so we cut back on the route. Now we do 100 town houses, once per week...it's now the kid's route, and I go along for "protection"...they will continue to make about what they were before when I was saving for Disney! It only takes about half an hour including stuffing! WOW! What a difference it is making to my week! Hopefully it will not make a difference to my hips...got to make up the difference in exercise somewhere else. :)
