Aren't they cute? The kids, I mean, not the ice! Now, we'll see how long they last out there! :) It's cold!!
And this is some of what we see everyday. Like I always say, "Never a dull moment!" My truck looks so small beside this mound!
We've been keeping ourselves busy with all kinds of things lately. Chelsie started Sylvan for Math and she and Alex have started taking Karate lessons. It's fun to watch them trying to do the moves but I think it's more me knowing I'd be on the ground more often than standing!!! :)
Here's Chelsie (on the right) sparring with another little girl. Don't worry - a 'hit' is just a tap. No full on hits allowed!
And Alex with the instructor, Andy.
He doesn't quite get the whole thing about 'no hits' so thus with the instructor he will stay for awhile. :)
So, just another glimpse into our lives right now.

I left some comments on your last post Janine...did you see them? One was about the fact that I have a google account now so you see I'm entering the world of bloggers! I visit another blog regularly and she posts replies to the comments...it's kind of nice...hint, hint. :)
What a mound of snow you have at the end of...is it your driveway?? Believe it or not, the snow from Christmas is not completely gone, but soon will be with the sun and rain forecasted. Today is beautiful and sunny...even warm!

Hey all! Not sure how the commenting back thing works but I'll give this a whirl. The snow could be in our driveway, as it is piled that high here but that pic was taken at the local 'Michaels' store.

Thanks for the reply!! It's a great system for keeping in touch. I haven't gone to Lynden yet...BUT...sometime before summer hopefully. We are in the "thick of it" with school, so maybe after spring break. Are you guys doing anything for spring break? We will just be home. We just got in from our beach walk. We do the full three miles at White Rock...what a great P.E. class!
